Haven’t had a chance to purchase Lead Retrieval yet?
Purchased your Lead Retrieval Access and wondering what’s next?
Two weeks prior to the event, the EXPO team will send your LeadCapture welcome email with a unique access code to set up your account. Please let us know if your primary booth contact will not be your LeadCapture Admin and we can substitute.
Step 1: The primary booth contact will receive Admin login instructions for LeadCapture.
Step 2: Admin will assign licenses to onsite booth staff (Exhibit Reps must be registered before they appear on this list).
Step 3: The assigned booth staff will receive an email with instructions for downloading the LeadCapture app, including a unique access code.
Step 4: Once onsite, add leads by scanning the QR code on each attendee’s badge as they visit your booth. Adding Leads
Step 5: The Admin will be able to access all leads collected in real-time or post-event.
